We did not have to replace the projector at Star/room 3. Rich Rauch investigated the problem we were having and determined it may be a setting on the projector causing the pink image. Rich assisted Tom Finucan yesterday via phone, the changes were made in the settings and problem corrected. See Rich’s note below.

Thank you for the follow up call and email. Just so you are aware, my experience for this call was exceptional. My initial contact with Richard Rauch went smoothly as he was able to schedule a tech at the last minute for us. Shane, the tech that was dispatched was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He took time to explain what he was doing and showed me more about the system than I ever knew before.

The response from our marketing department, who was using the room today, was great. They were thrilled that the microphones were working in time for their speaker they had coming onsite.
